1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Focary, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Focary is a personal productivity platform offering a Pomodoro timer, task management and productivity analytics. We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost, with limits of 3 projects and 15 active tasks. We reserve the right to modify limits with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Pro Plan and Payments
The Pro plan is billed monthly ($5.99) or annually ($60.99) via PayPal. Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Partial refunds are not offered.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, not attempt to compromise system security, not create automated accounts and not attempt to access other users' data.
7. Intellectual Property
Focary and its content are the property of Focary. Your personal content (tasks, notes) remains yours.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for data loss or indirect damages.
