We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: email address, display name, Pomodoro sessions, tasks and projects created, account preferences and payment data (processed by PayPal).

We use your data to: provide and improve the service, send transactional emails (magic links, receipts), calculate personal productivity analytics and ensure account security.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with: PayPal (payment processing), infrastructure providers necessary for the service to function.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except billing records which are retained for 7 years due to legal obligations.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
